¿Por qué hay que echarle aceite a la pasta? Dabiz Muñoz nos lo aclara

Dabiz Muñoz ha sido elegido en los últimos meses como el mejor cocinero del mundo, por lo que habrá que leer muy atento sus consejos para cocinar la pasta. ¿Por qué hay gente que le echa aceite a la pasta? Muchos creen que se utiliza para que no se pegue, pero el chef ha aclarado cuál es el verdadero motivo por el que él utiliza el 'oro verde' en sus platos de pasta italiana.

"Para cocer la pasta le voy a poner un buen puñadito de sal y le voy a poner aceite de oliva", asegura Dabiz Muñoz a través de su perfil de Instagram. Los italianos podrán pensar que esto es un crimen de proporciones insospechadas, pero lo cierto es que él tiene un truco que ha compartido con todos a través de esta conocida red social.

"El aceite de oliva no es para que la pasta no se pegue como piensa todo el mundo; el aceite es para que cuando echéis la pasta y se forme esa espumita que empieza a cocer, no se os salga el agua por fuera y se os rebose", asegura Dabiz Muñoz a través de su perfil.

¿A nadie se le había ocurrido poner aceite en el agua para cocer pasta (o arroz)? Porque es un consejo que yo ya voy a apuntar en mi libreta de cocinero (que por cierto, es bastante cortita).
