Luque will appear in court as a defendant due to the pressure allegedly exerted on Hermoso and her camp

El Mundo have released Whatsapp messages sent from Spain's director of football, Albert Luque, to a close friend of Jennu Hermoso during the fallout to the Luis Rubiales case.

"She deserves nothing due to her baseness and her lack empathy and humanity with Rubiales," Luque recounted.

Rubiales has been summoned to court to testify about the moment of the unslicited kiss on Jenni Hermoso and the case is currently on going, with Luque due to appear as a defendant as well.

The former president of the RFEF said in his appearance, with no apparent signs of regret, that it was "something natural between two people who had been together for a long time [during the World Cup]"

Meanwhile, the conversations between Spain defender Irene Paredes and Rubiales about the dismissal of Jorge Vilda last year have also been revealed.

As reported by 'El Español', the players of the women's national football team asked for the sacking of Jorge Vilda as early as August 2022.

These messages, therefore, deny the version that the players had given where they claimed that they had never requested the dismissal of Vilda as coach.

The recriminations

After Jenni Hermoso's statement was published in the days after the events, Albert Luque reproached the footballer for her 'baseness' in the face of what he considers to be an anecdotal and consensual act.

"It would have been a simple gesture to take away the biggest problem of a person's life -- she knew there was no bad faith", he added.

Luque added that Hermoso "jumped on the bandwagon of killing [Rubiales]" in an unjust way,. He gradually hardens his message until he dedicates the harshest words to her: "I only wish that life gives her back what she is making a person pay for unjustly, she is a heartless person."

Finally, the ex-footballer definitively breaks off his relationship with Hermoso and tells the player's friend that he will not look out for the forward anymore

"I thought Jenni had a different heart. That's why I always helped her," Luque wrote.

Now, the ex-footballer is facing a possible crime of coercion for possible intimidation in the harshness of his words.
