The next young La Masia starlet following Lamine Yamal's footsteps

He is a cadet who is ready for big challenges. Guillermo Fernández Casino played last season with Cadete A and in the current season he is swapping between the two youth teams. 

After two league games with the Juvenil A and one with the Juvenil B, Óscar López made him debut in the Youth League. Guille replaced Noah Darvich and at the time was the second youngest Barça player in the history of the Youth Champions League. 

By just one month and five days, Lamine Yamal remains the youngest Barça debutant in the Youth League. 

Guille has overtaken Ilaix Moriba and Pau Cubarsí, who until now were, after Lamine, the earliest debutants in this European competition. 

The youngest debutant in the history of the Youth League is Norwegian midfielder Sverre Nypan. The current Rosenborg first-team player made his Youth League debut at the age of 14 years, 9 months and 11 days. Moukoko, who is the youngest debutant in the history of the Champions League, remains the second youngest player in the Youth League. 

Guille Fernandez has all the makings of an elite midfielder. It is no coincidence that, like Lamine or Balde, his agent is Jorge Mendes. The player from Rubí has a lot of talent and his physique can turn him into an all-round midfielder.

He is a midfielder who dominates all the registers of positional play and who, as well as sacrificing himself for the team, is capable of unbalancing with a genius move.
