The 21 year old has a huge future and yet nobody says he's a clear starter in their predictions
Real Madrid midfielder Fede Valverde has been the unexpected revelation from their youth department. Above Vinicius, Jovic, Mendy, Rodrygo, Brahim and Mariano, this season the midfielder has been very good, without causing too much of a stir.
Valverde is one of the players who has stood out the most. His value has risen on Transfermarkt to 54 million euros. Only three players are ahead of him, Eden Hazard (80m), Casemiro (64m) and Varane (64m).
The midfielder, 21, has a big future and yet nobody yet calls him an essential starter. Madrid are looking at replacements for Modric and Kroos without thinking about him. At the moment they're treating him like a substitute of gold. That means he still has a way to go to nail down a slot with his name on it in the first team.
