The Madrid club agree he could be at Real Sociedad for two years on loan but his fine performances show he's already a top level player. If Zinedine Zidane wants he could return to Madrid next season. Odegaard would prefer another season at Anoeta to keep developing.
He likes life at Real Sociedad, finding it an ideal habitat to grow in. He's a starter in every game and is improving rapidly. At Madrid there are a lot of questions over his potential playing time.
