Dani Ceballos will officially join Arsenal on loan tomorrow
The Spanish midfielder has been in London since last night and will complete his temporary move to Arsenal tomorrow
Real Madrid's Dani Ceballos has been sat in a hotel room in London since Tuesday night. As revealed by SPORT several weeks ago, the midfielder will join Arsenal on loan without an option to make the move permanent. Zinedine Zidane doesn't see Ceballos as part of his plans, not even following the injury to Marco Asensio, and has given the green light to finalise the deal.
The original plan was for Ceballos to be presented as an Arsenal player on Wednesday but the paperwork didn't come through in time. The delay has nothing to do with Asensio's serious knee injury. Instead, tomorrow will be the day that he finally completes his switch to the Premier League and gets to work under Unai Emery.
Tottenham Hotspur were originally the favourites to land Ceballos but without an option to make the deal permanent, Mauricio Pochettino's men decided to look elsewhere.
