Two positive coronavirus tests returned at La Liga side Celta Vigo

According to COPE, the two players are Santi Mina and Brais Méndez

Two players have tested positive for coronavirus at Celta Vigo in the club's latest round of testing ahead of a return to training this week. 

The club have followed the necessary protocol, informing the necessary health authorities and La Liga, while the players are isolating at home. 

Both players will go further tests in the coming days to see when they will be able to return to training, with the Spanish league hoping to start the 2020-21 season on Sept. 12. 

Celta, meanwhile, will press ahead with preseason, with Oscar Garcias side due to train on Wednesday evening with their two new signings -- Álvaro Vadillo (Granada) and Renato Tapia (Feyenoord) -- both involved, along with a number of youngsters. 

Radio station COPE has reported that the players who have tested positive are Santi Mina and Brais Méndez.
