Xavi stars in Al Sadd's Asian Champions League win
The former Barça player opened the scoring in 4-0 win
Xavi Hernández starred as Al Sadd beat Nasaf Qarshi 4-0 in their fourth game of the group phase of the Asian Champions League.
The former Barcelona midfielder opened the scoring after three minutes, firing home from inside the area after a cross from Boualem Khoukhi.
Al Sadd had no problems from there and with the win they lead Group C with nine points from their four matches.
Abdelkarim Hassan and Baghdad Bounedjah made it 3-0 before the break and Xavi was even afforded a rest, replaced by Hasan Al Haydos after an hour.
The final goal was scored by Jugurtha Hamroun in the 71st minute as Al Sadd got revenge for a 1-0 loss against Nasaf Qarshi in Uzbekistan earlier this year.
