PSG identify Richarlison as possible Mbappé replacement
While their priority remains getting Mbappé to commit to a new contract, the club have already earmarked a potential replacement
PSG are struggling in their attempts to get Kylian Mbappé to sign a new deal. According to RMC Sport, the club are tired of constantly being knocked back by the player and his camp, and are now considering selling him this summer and replacing him with Everton's Richarlison.
The forward, who is a close friend of Neymar Jr, won the gold medal at the recent Tokyo Olympics. It is understood that the French club have already contacted the player's entourage to see if he would be interested in a move to Paris.
Mbappé's renewal is the priority
The club's priority, however, is to get Kylian Mbappé to sign a new deal with the club. PSG will try everything they can to convince the player to stay, but he will be free to negotiate with other clubs as soon as 1 January. Real Madrid are monitoring the situation closely, and may be tempted to make a move sooner rather than later
