Thiago Alcantara's time at Bayern Munich has come to an end, according to 'Sport Bild', who say he the Spanish international will say goodbye to the club he joined seven years ago.
After renewing key players such as Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller and Alphonso Davies, in addition to the coach Hansi Flick, Bayern's general director, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, offered Thiago new terms but the ex-Barça man hasn't responded, annoying the German club's hierarchy.
Thiago, 29, trained alone on Tuesday after undergoing an operation on his groin. He will miss the final game of the Bundesliga season on Saturday against Wolfsburg and is unlikely to be back for the cup final against Bayer Leverkusen next week.
However, he should be back for the Champions League in August, with Bayern due to play the second leg of their last 16 tie against Chelsea in Munich. They won the first leg in London 3-0.
