Dembele spoke to the magazine Onze Mondial about his Barca life

Ousmane Dembélé spoke to Onze Mondial about his life at Barça. His injury problems have been frustrating but he is trying to get himself together after a difficult start. "I was injured but I was able to keep myself calm and serene," he said. "I thought that it was better that it happened at the start of the season than at the end, when the most important games come."

The Frenchman knows how important it is to look after himself. "The first games have helped me to adapt. I've hired an osteopath and a cook. Diet is essential for a player and I have to look after myself."

The forward reflected on his relationship with Messi and Suarez. "With Luis we scrap a bit, we like to make jokes. I've fought a lot to get to where I am and I knew I would play with Messi one day."

Dembele added: "I'm ambidextrous. I prefer to dribble with my left but shoot with my right. I'm not individualistic on the pitch. If I was I wouldn't have been able to give 21 assists last season."
