Luis Suarez back in Barca squad to face Valencia
The coach called up 20 players and two must be cut for the game
FC Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde named his squad list for Saturday night’s clash with Valencia.
The big news is that Luis Suarez returns to the fold after missing the previous two games, after the calf injury he suffered at the San Mames in the first match.
The forward did not participate for Uruguay in the international break and is fit and ready to perform against Los Che.
Suarez is one of 20 players called up by Valverde, with two needing to be discarded for the game.
The absences are injured quartet Ousmane Dembele, Lionel Messi, Neto and Samuel Umtiti.
Junior Firpo has also been cleared to play.
The squad is: Ter Stegen, Iñaki Peña, Semedo, Piqué, Todibo, Lenglet, Wague, Alba, Sergi Roberto, Junior, Rakitic, Busquets, Aleñá, Artur, De Jong, Arturo Vidal, Luis Suárez, Griezmann, Ansu Fati and Carles Pérez.
