Spain 1-1 Germany: Fullkrug pegs back La Roja

Niclas Fullkrug pegged Spain back in the World Cup with a late goal to keep Germany in the game in a 1-1 draw on Sunday.

Hansi Flick’s side have to beat Costa Rica and hope Japan do not beat Spain to progress, but they would have been in much worse spot were it not for the Werder Bremen forward’s late goal to cancel out Alvaro Morata’s opener.
