Rafa Nadal's praise for Andres Iniesta
Iniesta has brought us a lot of joy, said the Spanish tennis player
Rafa Nadal is a big football fan and he was asked about Andres Iniesta, ahead of the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell.
"He has done everything he had to do and more," said Nadal. "It's a pity we can't enjoy him more if he's going. But if that's his decision then he has all my support and I hope that he's happy in his new era."
Nadal said that during his career "Iniesta has brought us joy, he's helped us be happy, enjoy ourselves and he has always behaved with respect, naturalness and normality, which is the most important thing."
Rafa also thinks he's a good example of kids. "He's a positive role model for youths, society in general and what you have to do is be grateful to him for everything he's given us and the values he's always transmitted."
BAYERN vs MADRID
As a big Madrid fan, Nadal said: "I'm convinced it will be a hard-fought tie, it will be tough and I'm sure that whoever is more acurate will have more chance to win. The normal thing would be that it's really close."
