The Federation drew the pairings on Thursday for the tournament in Andalusia
The Spanish Super Cup semi-finals have been drawn by the RFEF on Thursday. They repeat the league fixtures from this week curiously enough.
Semi-final 1: Real Sociedad v Barcelona (Wednesday 13, Estadio Nuevo Arcangel, Cordoba)
Semi-final 2: Real Madrid v Athletic Club (Thursday 14, Estadio la Rosaleda, Malaga)
Final: Jan 17, La Cartuja, Seville.
The draw was organised so that there would not be a Clasico before the final - Madrid and Barca could not draw each other in the semis.
Madrid and Barca are in the Super Cup after finishing first and second last season, while Real Sociedad and Athletic are in as Copa del Rey finalists - even though that game has not taken part yet.
