Rodrigo Hernández, the Manchester City midfielder, will be the Spain player speaking in Monday's news conference ahead of the Nations League game against Germany.
Sergio Ramos has been scheduled to speak but Spain have made a late change. Coach Luis Enrique will also speak to the press.
There was a lot of expectation around Ramos' appearance for two reasons, firstly because of his contract situation with Real Madrid and secondly because of his two missed penalties against Switzerland at the weekend.
In recent days, the rumours of Ramos leaving Madrid when his contract expires next summer have increased, with Paris Saint-Germain linked with a move for the centre-back.
Madrid want to extend Ramos' deal by another season but Ramos is holding out for a two-year deal with a huge salary.
