Julen Lopetegui: We start the World Cup with zero points
The Spain coach was happy but calm after the 6-1 win over Argentina
Spain coach Julen Lopetegui was delighted after his team thrashed Argentina 6-1 in a friendly on Tuesday in Madrid.
"I will not fight with anybody because I am euphoric," said Lopetegui. "I hope the fans are happy because the boys have won.
"The important thing is how we feel ourselves and to stay calm, and know that we start the World Cup with zero points.
"We've beaten a team with an amazing history and a World Cup finalist. (But) it's a friendly, it's not the same as a World Cup game. They also had important absences (including Messi). We have to be happy."
