Jordi Alba set up both the goals as Luis Enrique's side came from behind to win

Dani Olmo struck in stoppage time to earn Spain a 2-1 win in Georgia in World Cup qualifying on Sunday.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia had given the home side a surprise lead in the 43rd minute, forcing Luis Enrique's side to come from behind in the second half.

Ferran Torres levelled in the 55th minute and then Olmo, with time running out, sealed the three points.

It was a vital win for Spain, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Greece in the opening game of Group B.

Next up is Kosovo on Wednesday.

Luis Enrique made a number of changes to the side that was held by Greece, with Barcelona trio Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Pedri all coming into the side.

La Roja dominated the first half but suffered a setback just before the break when Kvaratskhelia found space on the Georgia left to fire home on the break.

Inigo Martinez and Dani Olmo came on at half time and Thiago Alcantara followed soon after.

Minutes later, Alba set up Torres for the equaliser to set up a Spain onslaught for the final half an hour.

Despite all their possession, chances were at a premium and a second successive draw looked on the cards until Olmo, set up by Alba again, popped up to spare Spain's blushes.
