Gavi has been called up by Luis Enrique for his Spain squad for the Nations League final four. The Barcelona midfielder, 17, has played well this season and joins team-mates Pedri, Busquets and Eric Garcia on the list.
One Barcelona player who is not there is Jordi Alba, who is still not fit and Luis Enrique isn’t running risks with him, or Ansu Fati, just back from injury himself.
Other surprises are Yeremi Pino, Marcos Alonso, Reguilon and Pedro Porro. Dropping out are Carlos Soler, Gaya and Alba.
