Zinedine Zidane's son left without a team
Almerica cancelled Enzo Zidane's contract even though he had a year to go
On January 5, Zinedine Zidane appeared together with the new owner of Almeria, the sheikh Turki Al-Sheikh. He did so in a funny video joking about the headbutt in the 2006 World Cup final. In the video also appeared Guti, the ex-Madrid player and then Almerica coach.
The fruit of the relationship was a move for Enzo Zidane. The midfielder, Zidane's son, came in from Deportivo Aves. He had a contract until 2021.
However his situation has changed radically. He was put into the B team to play, throwing him out of the first-team, and now he is being let go entirely. The only thing left to organise is his exit package. He is owed, in theory, 750,000 euros.
