Zinedine Zidane tells Florentino Perez he wants to stay at Madrid
The coach does not want to leave in the summer and hopes to remain in charge
Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has sent a clear message to Madridismo, in particular to president Florentino Perez.
Speaking ahead of the game against Las Palmas on Saturday, Zidane said: "I would like to continue at Real Madrid next season. I like football and what I do, and I would like to continue. But we already know what football is like.
"My idea is to continue as long as possible. Here everyone depends on results. It's a club with high demands and I know where I am."
Zidane has won two Champions League titles and La Liga once in two seasons in charge of the club.
