The report states that the alleged events took place on Saturday night into Sunday morning at the Olivia Valére nightclub in Marbella. The player denied everything to the police.
Theo Hernandez, on loan from Atletico at Alaves but already signed for Madrid for next season, made his denial to the police on Monday morning.
According to the information in El Español, police sources have confirmed the allegations against Theo and that an investigation is ongoing into what happened.
There are contradictions in the two stories, police sources add, but the complaint alleges that the events took place in a Porsche Cayenne after the two had shared drinks at the club.
The woman who made the complaint, saying Theo continued to push himself on here after she'd told him to stop, went to Hospital Costa del Sol before presenting the details at the police station in Marbella.
