Supporters and former presidents have suggested the Portuguese manager will come back

Real Madrid received a setback on Wednesday as they saw they were beaten in the Clasico by Barcelona and knocked out of the Copa del Rey, making it possible for them to win a treble and leaving them fearing a trophy-less season.

As a result, heads are being called for. After the game had finished at the Santiago Bernabeu, with Barça winning 3-0, a group of Madrid fans sang for the return of Jose Mourinho. Meanwhile, others asked for president Florentino Perez to resign -- and tlso called for Santiago Solari to be replaced by Mourinho.

The option of Mourinho coming back has not been ruled out by ex-Madrid chief Ramon Calderon, who's even posted on social media he thinks the Portuguese could return this summer.

"I have the feeling -- and then some -- that Mourinho will be sat on the Real Madrid bench next season," Calderon wrote after Madrid's latest Clasico humbling.

The relationship between Perez and Mourinho remains good and sources close to the club don't rule out a return if the club don't end the season well.

Mourinho, who's also coached Porto, Chelsea and Inter, has been out of work since December, when he was fired by Manchester United.
