Sevilla president Jose Castro rebukes Sergio Ramos

Sevilla president Jose Castro hit out at Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos on Monday. "Let Sergio Ramos stick to advising his own president," said the Sevilla cief.

The Real Madrid defender was angry that Castro did not punish Sevilla fans who chanted against him at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. "It seems very strong that the president isn't working against the violent people. I asked forgiveness from the fans, but not the rest, who stain a great fanbase like Sevilla's."

Castro said: "What I find increidble is that the first question you ask me is about Sergio Ramos, not Sevilla FC who are a point behind Real Madrid in second place and ahead of Barcelona, as we finish the first half of the season with a points record.

"Ramos is a magnificent, extraordinary player, who came from a great club and now plays for Real Madrid. And I think he has to dedicate himself to playing for his club, and if he has to advise a president, let him stick to advising his own president, not Sevilla's."
