The coronavirus is very bad but various sports stars are showing their most charitable sides during the crisis. Following Leo Messi and Pep Guardiola, Sergio Ramos has donated to help stop the spread of the virus.

The Real Madrid captain and his wife Pilar Rubio have, through UNICEF, donated 264,000 masks, 15,000 coronavirus tests and 1,000 protection kits. Ramos is a UNICEF ambassador.

"Madrid from the first moment have been taking this seriously," said Ramos. "From the first day we stopped training we've been working on our own work-outs, taking a lot of care too with nutrition to maintain our fitness and not lose our rhythm. Although it's secondary at the moment, it's important too because we don't know when we'll be back in action," said Ramos.
