Ronaldo: People tell my son 'there's a player who's better than your dad'

Real Madrid’s Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, in an interview with Egyptian channel ON TV, said that not even his son can avoid the presence of Lionel Messi. 

“There are people who sometimes say to him that 'there is another player who is better than your father', but he knows how to deal with that,” Ronaldo said. 

“He is a smart boy, like his father. I often tell him 'be yourself and be polite.’ The most important thing for me is his education, it’s something I can control.

“I know that he will go through periods of adversity as there are jealous people out there, but I see him as a happy child.”

Ronaldo and Messi have been the world’s best two players for the last decade. The Madrid man has won the Ballon d’Or four times and the Barcelona forward has won it five times.
