Real Madrid announce Vinicius Junior hamstring injury

Following the injury Vinicius sustained in the clash against Celta Vigo last weekend, Real Madrid has officially released the player's medical report. It's not good news for Ancelotti's side.

The club communicated the following: "After the tests carried out on our player Vinicius Jr by the Medical Services of Real Madrid, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the right biceps femoris muscle. Pending further evaluation."

According to sources close to the club, the Brazilian winger is expected to be sidelined for approximately 6 weeks. Vinicius' absence adds to those of Güler, Mendy, Courtois, and Militao, with the latter two facing long-term recoveries due to ligament injuries in their knees.

This is a significant blow for Carlo Ancelotti, as 'Vini' is currently one of the most important assets on the field, alongside Bellingham, for the team.
