Jovic will miss the upcoming games against Villarreal and Inter
Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic will miss this weekend's game against Villarreal after testing positive for coronavirus on Friday.
Jovic is also likely to miss next week's trip to Inter Milan in the Champions League and, depending on when he tests negative, could miss more games, too.
Madrid announced: "We would like to inform that our player Luka Jovic has given a positive result in the COVID-19 tests carried out on Friday morning."
Jovic becomes the latest player to test positive for coronavirus. Casemiro, Militao and Hazard have also contracted the virus, although are all now back in training.
