The Portuguese international was speaking ahead of Saturday's clash with Juventus

He says he's feeling fresh and rested and ready to win another Champions League

Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't want to show any humility ahead of Real Madrid's Champions League final against Juventus. The Portuguese international is confident in his and Madrid's ability to prove themselves superior to the Italians.

Los Blancos held a Media Day on Tuesday ahead of this weekend's final in Cardiff. Journalists were welcome to watch the team train, there was a press conference with Zinedine Zidane and the players spoke to various outlets.

Nearly all of them spoke to Real Madrid TV. And speaking to the club's official media, they were all optimistic, although many were keen to use the word humility... until it was Ronaldo's turn.

"Too much humility isn't good," he said. "Humility yes, but not too much. We have to prove our character and who is the best."

FEELING FRESH

Ronaldo added: "I feel very good, very good, a bit cold, but it's better than having an injury. Better on the physical level than in the last few seasons, also because I played less, although I am the one who played the most matches in the team.

"I feel better than I have in the last few years and I hope to help the team with goals on Saturday."
