Real Madrid might raise their offer for Eden Hazard to around £200m (€224m) according to the 'Sunday Express'. This is despite new Chelsea coach, Maurizio Sarri, insisting that the board don't sell the Belgian star this summer.

Sarri refuses to back down and said "Hazard is with us" at his most recent press conference. This was after the Italian coach said he'd spoken with Hazard three or four times and there was no problem. According to Sarri, Hazard has never said anything about a transfer away, or the transfer window itself. "He's happy to stay here."

However that doesn't quite fit in with what Hazard himself said in recent times. Following Belgium's exit from the World Cup he spoke about everybody knowing his "preferred destination" and in the past he's talked about his admiration for Real Madrid.

Madrid have offered £150m for Hazard and are edging closer to the £200m asking price Chelsea have put on Hazard's head. Florentino Perez and Jose Angel Sanchez will make a decision on whether to pursue the Belgian star next week ahead of LaLiga getting started.

Hazard hasn't signed a new deal at Chelsea but he also isn't pushing for an exit either. Chelsea agreed a deal for Hazard's teammate and fellow countryman, Thibaut Courtois, to join Real Madrid as well Mateo Kovacic arriving on loan from Los Blancos. Courtois has already told Hazard to join him in Spain.
