Madrid will listen to offers for the Croatian, as well as Gareth Bale and Isco

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to sell Croatian midfielder Luka Modric, who won the Ballon d'Or on Monday, and other star players in the squad, despite them having prohibitive release clauses.

Accordind to El Confidencial, the Madrid chief will listen to offers. Despite the majority of players having long-term contracts and high buyouts, they will be put on the market.

Perez is not afraid of making tough decisions, but his objective is to renew the current squad. Among the players he could open the exit door for is Modric, who is of interest to Inter Milan. Players like Gareth Bale, who's not met expectations, are also being considered for sales. The Welshman is still highly thought of in England.

Also among this group of players, according to the same report, it midfielder Isco, who has a release clause of 700 million euros to avoid him leaving for cheap. But his problems with coach Santiago Solari -- he's not started a game under the new coach -- could see him leave this summer.
