Radio Marca: Ajax could pay 20 million euros for Madrid's Odegaard
Reports suggest the Dutch side could move for the young midfielder
According to Radio Marca, Ajax are interested in signing Real Madrid's Martin Odegaard, who is currently on loan at Dutch side Vitesse.
The cited media suggested that the Eredivisie side -- who face Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday -- are prepared to offer up to 20 million euros for the midfielder.
Odegaard recently signed a new deal with Madrid until 2021, which shows the club still have faith in him. But it remains to be seen if he will have a place in the first team next season or if he will be sent on loan again.
Asked about his future and a possible move to Ajax, Odegaard told Voetball international that "no one knows what the future holds."
Remember that Ajax have money to spend this summer after selling Frenkie de Jong to Barcelona in a deal which is worth an initial 75 million euros.
