Official: Real Madrid confirm Bellingham signing on six-year contract

The England midfielder has joined Los Blancos for an initial €103 million

Borussia Dortmund had already confirmed the transfer of Jude Bellingham to Real Madrid for 1€03 million, but on Wednesday Real Madrid made it official as well.

The English midfielder becomes Madrid's third signing of the summer after the returns of Fran García and Brahim Díaz.

Although the Spanish club have not confirmed the transfer figures, they have explained that Bellingham will be linked to the club for the next six seasons.

The German club also pointed out that the maximum that the final price could increase is 30% of the official transfer figure.

The midfielder, named Bundesliga player of the year, arrives at Madrid as the star signing of the summer. Present and future, he joins a rejuvenated squad. Florentino Perez wants to put together a dream team to shine in the new stadium. 

Real Madrid statement

"Real Madrid C. F. and Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Jude Bellingham, who will be contracted to our club for the next six seasons.

"Jude Bellingham will be unveiled as a new Real Madrid player tomorrow, Thursday 15 June, at 12:00 noon at Real Madrid City.

"Following this, Jude Bellingham will speak to the media."
