Carlo Ancloetti's side have made a perfect start to their Champions League campaign

Real Madrid made it two wins from two as they beat Napoli 3-2 in Italy on Tuesday.

Fede Valverde struck the winner via an Alex Meret deflection in an entertaining game late in the second half.

Leo Skiri Ostigard had given Napoli the lead in the 19th minute but Madrid levelled through Vinicius Jr. as he continues his return from injury.

Jude Bellingham, who scored the winner against Union Berlin in the opening game, then gave Madrid the lead before the break.

The Italian champions equalised in the 54th minute via a penalty which was converted by Piotr Zielinski.

However, it was Madrid who had the last say with 10 minutes to go when Valverde's effort found its way into the net off Meret.

Madrid now have six points and top Group C, with Napoli and Braga, who beat Union on Tuesday, on three points.

Union are yet to register a point after giving up a two-goal lead to lose 3-2 to Braga.
