Marcelo: Leave Madrid? Those who know me know this is my home

Marcelo returned to the starting line up against Athletic Bilbao as Real Madrid won 3-0. Zinedine Zidane has used him much more than Santiago Solari did.

Marcelo said after the game that he has no intention of leaving. "Everyone knows the happiness that I show every day wearing this shirt, there's no need to say if I'll stay or not, the people that know me well know," said Marcelo.

"I'm focused on my team, nothing has affected me (the bad season). I had to keep working and help my team-mates. I always try to help. Playing or not playing is part of being a player but I've never stopped working and supporting my team-mates.

"It's hard to be motivated when nothing is at stake but we showed up (today). We were good, above all in the second half."
