The midfielder came on in the second half of the 2-0 win over Celta

Dani Ceballos praised the return of Zinedine Zidane after Real Madrid kicked off the Frenchman's second spell in charge of the club with a 2-0 win over Celta Vigo.

Zidane, who quit last summer, returned earlier this week as the replacement for the sacked Santi Solari as Madrid moved on to their third coach of the seaosn.

"It looks like the change of coach has worked," Ceballos said." The good sensations are back and we got three points, which was really important in this situation."

On a personal not, Ceballos is happy to see Zidane back: "From the first moment, he's shown a lot of confidence in me, giving me minutes in a key game. I was the first substitute to come on. [Zidane] told me to do what I know and to enjoy myself. I felt comfortable.

"It was an important game. It was important to get the points to get back into a good dynamic and to recover the good sensations.

"The ojective between now and the send of the season is clear: to get trhee points in every game and to finish as high up the table as possible."
