Madrid eye Chelsea star as replacement for Isco and James Rodriguez

Real Madrid have already chosen a replacement for Isco or James Rodriguez if one of the two players leave the club this summer.
According to Cadena Copa, the player is Chelsea's Eden Hazard.
The show 'Tiempo de Juego' revealed on Sunday that Hazard is a player well-liked and recommended by Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane -- and that the Belgian would be delighted to make the move.
Hazard would be signed in the case that Isco doesn't renew or James is sold, with Chelsea among the clubs linked with the Colombian.
Both Isco and James have not had a lot of chances in the first team this season and at the end of the campaign may consider their options.
As for Hazard, he's one of the best players in European football and is having a great season with Premier League leaders Chelsea.
