According to 'The Sun', Madrid have made a bid for Flamengo forward Reinier Jesus

Reinier Jesus is the new popular name in Brazilian football. The Flamengo forward, who is only 17 years old, isn't even part of the first team squad yet but that hasn't stopped the biggest teams in Europe from declaring an interest in him. According to 'The Sun', Real Madrid are willing to part with €70m in order to secure his signature.

If this turns out to be true, Madrid would be signing Reinier for more than what they paid for Vinicius and Rodrigo. The Flamengo youngster is currently with Brazil's U17 squad where he plays as a traditional number ten. Real Madrid are expected to face competition for the transfer however and one of those other interested teams is Liverpool, managed by Jurgen Klopp.

Whatever happens it appears Madrid's transfer strategy is unknown. Whilst Florentino Perez is set to open his chequebook, with Eden Hazard the main target, it remains to be seen who they will go for next.
