Luka Modric: We had a great game against Barca

Luka Modric said Real Madrid had a great game as they beat Barcelona 3-1 in the Clasico on Sunday.
The Croatian midfielder and his team-mates impressed even though the Catalans at times had more of the ball.
"We knew there would come a time in the game where we had to suffer, because they move the ball well, and that's when each of us had to give more, defend well, and we did it," Madrid midfielder Luka Modric told DAZN.
"In attack we were convincing, we scored three goals and I'm very happy for our performance, I think we had a great game."
He also said he was looking forward to Karim Benzema winning the Ballon d'Or on Monday night.
"We all hope it's going to happen, he deserves it for the great year he's had and last year," said Modric.
