Luka Modric adds to the plague of injures at Real Madrid
The Croatian has hurt his thigh and will be out for a couple of weeks
Luka Modric is another problem for Zinedine Zidane. He came back from international duty with a thigh injury which could keep him out for two to three weeks.
The Croatian did not train on Thursday because of the problem and Madrid published a statement reading: "Following the tests carried out today on our player Luka Modric by Real Madrid's medical department, he has been diagnosed with a muscular injury to the adductor in his right leg."
Modric will miss the clash with Levante this wekeend and likely the Champions League debut against PSG in Paris.
Madrid have suffered 11 injuries in pre-season until now. They only have three fit midfielders - Casemiro, Kroos and Valverde.
