The French striker is poised to join Real Madrid but the situation could be changing
Kylian Mbappe’s future is still in everyone’s mouths. The French striker is not renewing his PSG deal and per Marca he has turned down their latest proposal, an effective blank cheque for the striker. The French club are determined to keep him, but the player turned down an offer that reached 90 million euros and the promise of a better sporting project.
The Parisian team want to renew Kylian for two years more with the promise of letting him go in 2023, after the Qatar World Cup, but for now Mbappe is saying no.
Even French president Emmanuel Macron is trying to get involved in the issue and encourage the forward to stay.
Marca say Madrid are happy with Mbappe’s attitude. “He’s putting up with a lot already,” sources from the club told the newspaper.
