Karim Benzema modest over his backheel assist
The Frenchman gave Casemiro a goal with a wonderful piece of play
Karim Benzema was very happy with Real Madrid's win over Espanyol on Sunday. He was modest when asked about his backheel assist for Casemiro's winner.
“It was a nice assist but the important thing is that Casemiro finished it off well,” said Benzema.
"For me it's football. Stuff comes off for me and I see football like that I knew that he was going to go in behind my back."
“I won't say we aren't looking at Barcelona, but we’re just focusing on our own games, each match is a final for us and we got the three points today."
