Jorge Valdano praises Real Madrid's "leader" Sergio Ramos

Jorge Valdano has spoken about the distinctive styles in football and compares Guardiola and Mourinho's methods. In terms of individual players, he praised Sergio Ramos as a true "leader" in his El Pais column too.
"Mourinho needs to win in order to be proven right. Guardiola wins and plays well. It's a question of expectations," signalled the former Argentinian international in regards to the spotlight being on the Premier League's two most successful managers.
Valdano also praised the ambition and personality of Sergio Ramos. "He enters the dressing as if Real Madrid belongs to him and he goes out onto the pitch like he invented football. When the normal players hide, he defies the world with a 'Panenka' (penalty)."
