He didn't miss his Colombia team-mate's birthday bash
James Rodriguez has recovered from injury and found himself again at Real Madrkd after two years on loan at Bayern. He was linked to Atletico Madrid in the summer but stayed.
This week he went to Colombia international team-mate Santiago Arias's birthday party, one Real Madrid player in a sea of Atletico - Koke, Thomas, Hermoso, Correa, Lemar and José María Giménez were there. Omar Montes, winner of Supervivientes 2019 performed.
James has a contract until 2021 but his continuity at the club is in the air. Competition is great and Madrid have many midfielders. Atletico's interest is still alive. Maybe one day he will be a team-mate of Arias's again... and not just during the international break.
