James Rodríguez and Marcelo not in Madrid squad for Legia Warsaw

Zinedine Zidane is without a number of first team players for the trip to Poland this week

Real Madrid travel to Warsaw on Tuesday for their Champions League game against Legia Warsaw. Zinedine Zidane has called up 19 players for the game. 

The big absences on the list are Marcelo and James Rodriguez, while the injured Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Luka Modric and Casemiro are also missing. Raphael Varane and Nacho Fernandez will be the centre-backs, while Castilla defender Alvaro Tejero has been called up. 

Madrid could secure their progress to the knockout rounds with a win in Poland on Wednesday. Legia, meanwhile, need a victory to keep their hopes of qualifying alive.

Defenders: Carvajal, Varane, Nacho, Coentrão, Danilo, Tejero.
