"If you give Vinicius Jr. confidence, nobody can stop him"
The player's agent is confident he will be a success at Real Madrid
Federico Pena, Vinicius Junior's agent, spoke to Diario AS about the expectations surrounding the young Brazilian at Real Madrid.
He has finally got a chance with the first team under Santiago Solari. After coming on against Real Valladolid, his run and shot provoked the first goal and broke the deadlock.
Beyond that moment, though, his representative says he can "mark an era at Madrid."
Pena said: "He has to acclimatise to a new country, he's still a really young kid to be the leader [of Real Madrid], but if you give him confidence, no one can stop him."
Adapting to La Liga at 18 is not easy but "if you want to be important at Real Madrid, you have to be able to stand that pressure and more."
Comeptition for places is also a problem: "Isco, Asensio and Bale are stars... but in football everything can change in a second."
