Gareth Bale's situation worries the Real Madrid dressing room
Toni Kroos agrees that it is unsatisfactory for everybody
Gareth Bale's complicated situation at Real Madrid has created a certain ambience of worry in the dressing room. The conquest of La Liga without the Welsh winger's help shows how he is not needed at the club and exposed his bad relationship with coach Zinedine Zidane.
In a podcast for Sky Germany, Toni Kroos spoke about the problem. "The situation is unsatisfactory for everyone," admitted Kroos. "They didn't sign him to play so little, to have to so little presence."
Kroos explained that Bale "wanted to leave last summer. The club told him yes but later changed their decision. I don't know if he's still angry about that."
The German added that "all is well in the team, I know Gareth now for six years and we have won important things together."
