Gareth Bale has become a headache for Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid. After returning from injury he impressed against Fuenlabrada in the Copa del Rey second leg 2-2 draw at the Bernabeu, showing he can lead the team and deserves a place in it. A situation which will give Zidane a dilemma in the games ahead. If he plays Bale from the start he will have to make changes he doesn't want to, to fit him in.
Bale helped Madrid overcome the local minnows on Tuesday night and his individual quality helped break down Madrid's tired opponents. Bale now could start next weekend in La Liga against Athletic Blbao, but Zidane would have to sacrifice one of the current side, with Isco or Benzema most likely. If it were the former it would create a big controversy among Madridistas.
The fans want Bale to earn his place on the pitch and not in the offices, but pressure on Zidane from above will influence his decisions on Bale.
