How a month can change things. Gareth Bale seemed to have a foot and a half out of Real Madrid. Zidane didn't count on him and actively told hm to leave.
However the season started and Bale has impressed, scoring twice against Villarreal on Sunday night in a 2-2 draw. He took to Twitter and wrote: "Proud to play for this great club."
