Florentino Perez's latest annoyance with Zinedine Zidane
He doesn't like that the coach left out almost all the new signings
Florentino Pérez and Zinedine Zidane, Real Madrid's president and coach respectively, have had a good relationship since the Frenchman played for the club. But now he is the coach, their relationship has become more tense. Perez is not happy with Zidane, say El Confidencial, because of something that happened last week.
Zidane left virtually all the club's new signings out of the squad to face Eibar, a game they won 2-1 at Ipurua.
Only Theo Hernandez from last summer's buys was brought, with Marcos Llorente, Jesus Vallejo, Borja Mayoeral, Achrav and Dani Ceballos were left behind.
This comes after he relegated Gareth Bale to the bench, a player Perez bet on personally, and after he told the club he wasn't interested in having transfer target Kepa Arrizabalaga.
